Speaker:Often with episodes, podcasters will publish,
Speaker:promote for a bit, and then move on to the next one
Speaker:and repeat the process.
Speaker:And while this is great for promotion
Speaker:of these episodes at the time,
Speaker:you should also be looking at evergreen content
Speaker:and how to repurpose that.
Speaker:One of the ways is to look at your analytics
Speaker:and see what episodes continue to be found and played.
Speaker:These are the ones that resonate with your existing audience
Speaker:so would probably be a good fit
Speaker:for potential new listeners too.
Speaker:So consider how you use that.
Speaker:Can you create a new episode as a follow-up to a popular one
Speaker:to expand the conversation on that topic?
Speaker:If your podcast is audio only,
Speaker:but you've been thinking about YouTube,
Speaker:can you make a video version of a popular episode
Speaker:to build on the audio one.
Speaker:And if you have a newsletter,
Speaker:can you take the content of a popular episode
Speaker:and offer a deep dive into that topic via your newsletter?
Speaker:There are lots of ways that you can repurpose episodes,
Speaker:especially ones that are still getting listened to
Speaker:long after they were published.
Speaker:Take advantage of that and look to turn popular episodes
Speaker:into new content and listeners.
Speaker:Until the next time, happy podcasting.
Speaker:(audience applauding)
Speaker:Thanks for listening.
Speaker:If you enjoy One Minute Podcast tips,
Speaker:be sure to share with your friends and other podcasters
